Completely cow milk free, and you can't even tell! the texture is like a mix between a custard and italian ice and the flavor.... oh man. listen. its like creamy blackberries in a smoothie but without the chunkies or seeds that get stuck in your teeth. that perfect sweetness and none of the stain mess that goes with, its light and fruity and oh dear.... there has got to be a way to get those blackberries producing all year long because....
