Did you know there was any other option then buying from a store or a summer market?! See I’m not sure the science behind it. It seems like fresh new year, fresh new citrus smell to keep us going. ya know? The options are endless. You can stare at it. You can zest it. You can chop it and eat it, add it to your water, your dessert, your tea, boil it on the stove. Or hang it in the sauna. I can’t even think of all the options! It’s almost endless. I just wouldn’t add it to your coffee. So turns out the options aren’t endless! The smell of a fresh, home grown lemon with a little rosemary and vanilla boiling on the stove…. It’s that extra pep in your step. I mean steps. New year and such.
