How to describe this? Well, its an herb, it tastes good, smells good. We have fresh or dried. You can do a lot with it. Add it to a meat while cooking (for flavor), make rosemary mint lemonade,(we have recipe for that) put it in a pot of water on stove or fire place (for fragrance) hang it in a sauna (smells like you are in nature)… there is a lot of options, you do what you want to with it, you creative creature!
